Only employees of GVPR will use the GVPRERP Mobile app. There is no signup option in the mobile app; hence, we do not collect any email details.
Collection of Data
We may track the following data from our employees when they use our services:
• Your IP address.
• Your Location and Date & Time when you access our application.
• Your Face Data. We may collect face data for Selfie Attendance. You must give explicit permission to access your device’s camera. You will see what face data is shared and can control whether to share it.
GVPR does not use your face data or photos for any purpose other than recording attendance. Your face data is not shared with any third party and is stored securely.
Live Track Terms of Use
The Live Track Service enables the owner of a device with the GVPR App installed to track the live location of employees working on-site for attendance tracking.
GVPR collects location data for live tracking even when the app is running in the background or not in use. Permission for live tracking must be obtained via the app.
• Location tracking occurs only after employee approval for a maximum of 3 hours post-attendance marking.
• Employees can turn off location sharing at any time.
Notice of Disclosure
GVPR will not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information to any external parties for marketing, promotions, or financial gain without your prior consent.
